Requirements
  • Hands-on experience working with Windchill Product Lifecycle Management and Enterprise Systems Integration.
  • A proven background across all phases of a solution delivery methodology.
  • A sound understanding of current Windchill architecture, features, application interface framework, and computer-aided design interfaces.
  • Detailed exposure to the PTC Product Lifecycle Management product roadmap.
  • Experience integrating Product Lifecycle Management with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite using the Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration module and TIBCO.
  • Experience integrating Product Lifecycle Management with a Learning Management System and Manufacturing Execution System using Oracle WebLogic middleware.
  • Experience designing and developing Universal Device Identifier capabilities by integrating Product Lifecycle Management systems with a Master Data Management system.
  • Knowledge of TIBCO and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol with Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, web services, Java Message Service, and Java Persistence API.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
  • An understanding of energy product development business processes.
  • Ability to assess business problems and define scope for technical implementation.
  • Ability to design scalable, reusable, and robust solution frameworks.
  • Ability to clearly articulate solution ideas and communicate and present effectively.
  • Ability to redesign existing systems to improve operational and business efficiency.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership on critical and challenging technical issues.
  • Ability to participate in and provide guidance during technical review sessions for critical projects.
  • Ability to define and evaluate technical competencies required for different customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support or guide teams through problem definition, issue identification, and work-plan development using issue-based problem-solving principles.
  • Assist with facilitating software assessments.
  • Gather and document technical and functional user requirements.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the development of application and technical architecture.
  • Configure Product Lifecycle Management software to meet specifications.
  • Support the development of custom code, including integrations with enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, document outcomes, and analyze and fix bugs.
  • Develop data architecture and manage data migration efforts.
  • Support business readiness and change-management activities before go-live.
  • Support end-user go-live and provide ongoing support.
  • Architect systems, integrations, interfaces, and configurations for design engineering and manufacturing engineering systems.
  • Provide solution options and recommendations based on experience and best practices.
  • Lead small teams focused on specific work streams within larger projects.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Use PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools to prepare presentations and technical documentation.
  • Document use cases, requirements, and relevant technical documentation.
  • Apply Six Sigma knowledge where applicable.
