What Need Can You Fill?
The Contracts Administrator will support the Director, Contracts and Tech Discovery in several areas including maintaining the contracts repository, updating contracts and customer data within SFDC and initial reviews of vendor contracts and customer NDAs. It is anticipated that this position will additionally grow into contract redlines and negotiations with customers and vendors as well as creating and providing template SOW documents and quotes to Intradiem partners.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Coordinate and interface with Intradiem departments as needed for review of Vendor agreements.
- Update and maintain customer records in SFDC for contract details.
- Initial review of NDAs, vendor agreements and other documents to provide feedback.
- Interface with the implementation/project team to ensure that SOWs align to customer agreements and standard pricing.
- Create and maintain a detailed contracting process document.
- Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
What Will You Need To Succeed?
- 5+ years prior experience in a contract administration role.
- Desire to learn and expand within this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and gain the confidence of internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively align customer and vendor contracts to Intradiem standard terms.
- Must be customer focused and capable of building confidence and trust.
- Able to work productively independently and as part of a team.
- Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities.
- Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
- Ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, minimum 3+ years of work experience.
