SUMMARY:
BPM is looking for a passionate full-stack Demand Generation Manager (DGM) to join our growing Marketing & Corporate Development team. Working closely with stakeholders across all leadership levels and playing a pivotal role in our marketing strategy, the DGM is a strategic, detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker who has experience creating campaigns that generate high-quality demand. This candidate will be responsible for all campaign management and optimization, increasing lead conversion and volume, and creating an enhanced experience online for prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least five years of demand generation experience, who has experience with marketing tools, managing end-to-end campaigns, and coaching a team. Previous marketing experience with professional services is preferred, not required. In order for this person to succeed in this role, he/she must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee and implement go-to-market programs to meet lead generation targets
•Own the marketing lead funnel, oversee secure, nurture, and convert leads
•Implement creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the funnel through online campaigns, channel marketing, webinars, email campaigns, etc.
•Executing the overall planning, creation, implementation, coordination and success of digital marketing campaigns
•Test, review, and enhance campaigns based on A/B testing and marketing analysis reports
•Build and optimize ad campaigns on search engines, display, and social media
•Partner with our digital marketing team to own performance metrics of our landing pages and leverage data and tools to run experiments across all website pages
•Track, report, and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement with the goal of increasing conversion rates
•Build and manage campaigns within HubSpot, track and optimize lead generation and lead nurturing programs
•Work with marketing and sales to ensure the leads flowing from our marketing automation software to CRM are correct and timely. Routinely assess process for optimal efficiency
•Work with marketing and sales to ensure proper reports are generated to track leads and opportunities/deals
•Work closely with marketing and sales to explore and test new growth marketing channels
•Day-to-day understanding of go-to-market needs
•Conduct market research to better identify target audiences and how to attract
•Produce positive measurable results in the form of marketing specific KPIs
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
•5+ years of experience executing lead generation campaigns
•Direct experience as demand generation manager or similar role
•Demonstrated success running and reporting on digital marketing campaigns
•In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing
•Experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ClickDimensions, etc.
•Experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
•Experience executing paid search and display campaigns
•Experience with performance report platforms such as HubSpot Campaigns, Google Analytics, Tableau
•A/B testing experience for all campaign components (email marketing, ads, landing pages, etc.) for optimization
•Analytical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
•Strong project management skills – able to lead and organize all moving parts of a campaign
•Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
•Passionate about BPM LLP and its long term potential
$100,000 - $120,000 per year
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
