Requirements
  • Five (5) or more years of Systems/Infrastructure Engineering experience
  • Computer Science degree or similar work experience
  • Advanced/Expert level knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS/Azure), Automation/Scripting (PowerShell), Windows Server, Windows Certificate Authority Infrastructure, Windows Active Directory/DNS/DFS/DHCP, VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS Hardware, Enterprise and remote site backup solutions, Enterprise SAN technologies, System Monitoring/Alerting, Physical security systems
  • Additional Preferred Skills: Linux knowledge, CI/CD Tools (Terraform, Ansible), Network Segmentation Experience, Secrets Management, VMware Cloud on AWS, Professional Certifications (Azure, AWS, Microsoft, etc)
Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure environment
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of current and future projects
  • Collaborating with various technology teams
  • Proactively monitoring computing platforms
  • System builds, processes, vulnerability remediation, system patching, and changes
  • Creating comprehensive support documentation
  • Assuming technical leadership duties within the team
  • Participating in on-call rotations
