- A Master's degree in Quality Management or an equivalent qualification is required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a healthcare facility is required, ideally in dialysis.
- Experience with the Haute Autorité de Santé certification process is required.
- The candidate must be comfortable reading and writing English.
- The candidate must be comfortable using the Windows environment and document-management and risk-management software.
- The candidate must be familiar with the Haute Autorité de Santé certification framework and audit techniques.
- The candidate must be mobile, available, and able to adapt their working hours.
- Deploy and maintain the regional Quality Management System by applying corporate directives and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage regional documentation, including distributing directives, conducting annual document reviews, and controlling local documentation.
- Organize and deliver training for new employees on the Quality Management System, standards, risk management, environmental matters, audits, and the Haute Autorité de Santé framework.
- Coordinate the Haute Autorité de Santé certification process as part of the harmonized NephroCare France project.
- Participate in facility committees, including CODIR, COVIRIS, and CDU, and in quarterly reviews of quality indicators.
- Organize and facilitate the Risk Management Committee, including Mortality-Morbidity Reviews and experience-feedback reviews.
- Plan and implement targeted Haute Autorité de Santé and internal audit programs, and evaluate their effectiveness with the LMR.
- Lead the environmental function, including environmental policy, impact assessment, and improvement action plans.
- Complete and monitor the regional Management Review plan and report in coordination with the Regional Director.
- Experience in a dialysis activity is ideal.
