Responsibilities
  • Manage our internal communication intake flow by drafting communications, sharing for stakeholder feedback then sharing the information with our global teams
  • Support the maintenance of our internal knowledge base based on the communications and updates you are working on, to ensure the knowledge base remains the source of truth and up to date with the latest product and process information
  • Work with enablement managers to create content in a number of formats, such as internal newsletters, presentations, e-learnings (Rise 360) or basic videos based on the particular project needs
  • Own and project manage multiple concurrent content and communications projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Track the output and impact of the projects you have worked on to drive continuous improvement
