Requirements
  • At least 5–6 years of experience producing live virtual events, webcasts, and hybrid events in a corporate, agency, or enterprise environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of live streaming and webcast production fundamentals, with hands-on experience using at least one major virtual event or webcast platform.
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, media, broadcast, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing multiple high-visibility productions simultaneously while balancing tight timelines, senior stakeholders, and production standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop show flows, conduct rehearsals and speaker preparation, execute live run-of-show operations, and plan contingencies.
  • Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional partners from kickoff through post-event delivery.
  • Experience measuring and reporting event metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, watch time, drop-off, question-and-answer participation, and poll participation, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and translate technical requirements into clear guidance for speakers and stakeholders.
  • Foundational understanding of video post-production workflows and formats, including editorial concepts, audio standards, codecs, frame rates, and branding packages.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end virtual and hybrid event production from initial briefing and creative alignment through execution and reporting.
  • Lead all video content associated with and generated from webcasts, ensuring alignment with creative, brand, and production standards from concept through delivery.
  • Design and deliver cohesive hybrid event experiences that provide a high-quality experience for both in-person and virtual audiences.
  • Support EMEA video content and webcast production in alignment with global standards and regional requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and task lists for multiple concurrent productions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, moderators, and internal participants, coordinating logistics, expectations, and best practices.
  • Oversee the technical and operational aspects of virtual event platforms, streaming tools, production workflows, and external vendors.
  • Support rapid-response production needs and cyclical live webcasts, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, or extended production days.
  • Uphold client brand, quality, and operational standards across productions.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on virtual and hybrid event design, audience engagement, and content delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve event experiences through new formats, interactivity, personalization, and storytelling.
  • Monitor virtual event trends, platforms, and audience behavior and recommend enhancements and new approaches.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools and automation to optimize planning, production, and post-event workflows.
  • Partner with the multimedia team to develop an artificial-intelligence-enabled production model that improves speed, consistency, and cost efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform event strategy, audience targeting, engagement optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Create clear and timely communications for stakeholders, speakers, and partners.
  • Manage event data, metrics, and analytics to support follow-up, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Share best practices, emerging platforms, and supplier insights across the team.
