  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enrollment Management at a Higher Education Institution or a vendor for the industry with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, creating and executing a sales plan, and consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Omni-Channel Marketing (email, print, social media) to successfully build lead generation thru deposit.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with a track record of success.
  • Must be proactive, motivated, and have impeccable time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer meetings, corporate training, and tradeshows.

Responsibilities
  • You will grow our higher education client marketing service engagement program.
  • You will be responsible for the renewal of all existing contracts as well as the primary sales presenter and closer of all new client leads.
  • You will be responsible for assembling all the marketing materials and pricing for the presentations and contracts.
  • You will monitor existing programs executed by the service team to ensure success.
  • You should expect to also be assigned to help lead additional strategic initiatives to hit Encoura’s expected growth goals.
  • You will actively seek out new leads, but the primary lead sourcing will come from the sales team and marketing efforts.
