Requirements
  • Working directly with the VP, Revenue Operations on a wide array of projects consisting of CRM augmentation, revenue forecasting, sales team optimization, compensation management/planning, Go-To-Market execution and sales process optimization
  • Liaison between Sales and Marketing to manage and execute on data driven opportunities and analytics
  • Act as a thought partner for sales leadership, with a focus on analytics and process infrastructure
  • Business partners to the North America and Global sales leaders and team members (sellers, BDRs, solution engineers, technical account managers, customer success managers)
  • Create a strong relationship with cross-functional members from Finance, Marketing, Product and HR
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator on day to day tasks and optimization of the end to end sales cycle
  • Optimize the pre- and post-sales process. Specifically, work closely with the Marketing team to ensure proper execution of the lead generation process
  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting around pipeline health and deal management
  • Analyze and promote the health of the business to improve Sales productivity & performance
  • Manage large and complex data sets from various platforms and discover ways to automate and/or optimize current processes
  • Maintain close alignment w/ cross functional teams to support sales teams and inform on health of business
  • Create innovative solutions for achieving sales team objectives using various tools and platforms
  • Take ownership of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and read outs
  • Translates business needs into technical specifications for execution by the technical staff by providing the business perspective for what the software systems need to
  • Implementation of projects required by different departments and delivering them in forms of reports or/and Power point presentations
  • Create a culture of failing quickly as part of the learning process

  • 5 years of experience working in Revenue, Business, Sales Operations/Analytics function (preferably B2B sales)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce (especially pulling reports, creating dashboards, managing cases)
  • Great communicator- propensity to translate technical information or complex concepts and speak to them in a clear and effective way to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to create and manage complex financial and sales models
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish collaborating w/ multiple departments
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and business accounting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Ability to self manage, focus, and prioritize under stressful conditions
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Experience w/ Salesforce required. Salesforce Administrator and certification a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience with Sales Enablement tools such as Salesloft Zoominfo, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator or others and MarTech
  • Compensation planning / management experience is a plus
  • Experience w/ Tableau, Lookr, Adaptive Insights, Zoominfo, Hubspot, and Google Analytics
