  • Above average understanding of MS Office
  • Good understanding of Trilogie (ie: TCL, BCM, POE, ABOD etc)
  • MS Access experience is a plus
  • Ability to research on the Web
  • Good oral and written communication skills, good math skills, and the ability to work independently on given tasks
  • Ability to form good relationships with vendors and branches
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate

Responsibilities
  • In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.
  • Vendor Shipping Discrepancy Forms – liaison between DC and vendor on all shipping errors
  • Obtain Return Good Authorizations (RGA’s) as needed from vendors and facilitate return of product reported on VSDF between DC and vendor
  • Update purchase orders as needed based on VSDF form to ensure purchasing settings are in line
  • Request proof of delivery information for our DC’s from vendors as per the Ferguson AP on hold report to ensure invoices are getting paid in a timely manner
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting through various processes to DC’s, buyers and management
  • Communicate problems as they occur to management
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
  • Work overtime as needed
