- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers across the Central US, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment on customer success objectives
- Guide the SE team in managing technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and PoC execution
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex customer engagements, providing hands-on support as needed
- Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the SE team, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and Couchbase product advancements
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and feedback with the broader Couchbase SE organization
