Requirements
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and willingness to perform practical work.
  • Career entry without vocational training is possible.
  • Practical experience as a tire technician, workshop employee, workshop helper, automotive service technician, assembler, warehouse helper, or order picker is acceptable.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a workshop team are required.
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
  • A valid Class B driver's license is desirable but not required.
  • Basic German language skills and a valid work and residence permit are welcome.
Responsibilities
  • Perform tire changes on vehicles of all makes.
  • Perform oil changes, bulb replacements, and battery replacements.
  • Support quick-service operations and basic maintenance work.
  • Gradually build technical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Work a five-day schedule from Monday through Saturday in an early/late two-shift system.
Desired Qualifications
  • A valid Class B driver's license.
