Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from initial placement through final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding products, timelines, order status, and expectations.
- Drive orders through the approval and production process efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform detailed quality reviews on high-value orders of $750 or more to ensure accuracy and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding Crystal D's ICE standards and commitment to service excellence.
- Respond to customer calls promptly and accurately, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
Desired Qualifications
