Scale LLP launches AI workflows built for in-house legal teams. Scale LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Donahue has been recognized on the 2026 Thomson Reuters Stand Out Lawyers list, a distinction based entirely on independent client feedback. * May 26, 2026 The legal technology landscape continues to evolve rapidly, and one of the latest developments gaining attention is Scale LLP's launch of Scale Skills - a new collection of free AI-powered legal workflows designed to run directly within Claude. Featured recently by Law.com Legaltech News, the launch reflects a growing shift toward practical, workflow-driven AI tools built specifically for legal operations and in-house teams. The initial release includes workflows focused on: * Intake and triage * Pre-litigation assessment * Employee termination processes * Counterparty risk assessment * NDA review Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for legal judgment, the announcement highlights how modern legal teams are increasingly using AI to reduce administrative friction, improve consistency, and accelerate decision-making across recurring workflows. As organizations continue evaluating how AI fits into legal operations, Scale's approach signals an important trend: practical adoption focused on efficiency, accessibility, and real-world business use cases. Scale LLP launches free AI skills for Claude built by lawyers to improve legal workflows

Scale LLP has released Scale Skills, a free set of AI-powered legal workflows built by practising attorneys for use with Anthropic's Claude. The national law firm is the first to release branded Claude skills, with plans to expand to ChatGPT and Gemini. The initial release includes five skills covering core legal workflows: matter intake and triage, pre-litigation assessment, employee termination, counterparty risk and NDA review. Each skill guides Claude through structured legal reasoning sequences, applying expert judgment to deliver organised outputs with clear risk indicators. "Our Claude Skills help you decide whether termination is the right call in the first place," said Brian Elliott, partner at Scale. "That expert legal judgment is what's encoded into these skills." In internal testing, Scale Skills won 84% of side-by-side comparisons against baseline Claude.
