- Implement changes to documented requirements, processes, procedures, test plans, documents, etc.
- Define methods, tools, and templates to organize and present information
- Build strong working relationships with Varo staff and 3rd party partners
- Provide excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated, decisive, and adapt to change and competing demands
- Drive automation through system integration and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
