- Study towards recognized Professional Accounting Qualification (such as CIMA or ACCA)
- Work alongside an experienced Assistant Management Accountant, supporting two Management Accountants in the LMSO UK South team – who each have responsibility for 2 sites’/depots’ accounts (turnover of these range between £10m-£50m)
- Liaise and dealing with all depot accounting queries/problems. Ad-hoc investigation work at depot.
- Produce fully reconciled monthly and year-end accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) in accordance with agreed timetables.
- Provide help and assistance to other colleagues within the team and working with the wider Finance Team.
- Central finance tasks/projects e.g. vehicle leasing, utilities, Capex analysis etc.
- Coordinate with auditors (both internal and external)
