- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project scope, timeline, and budget, and implement proactive measures to mitigate their impact.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure that automation solutions meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with vendors and Subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, monitor progress and maintain relationships.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize project outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records, and generate regular status reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project)
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP certification, and training related to automation technologies or project management
