THE ROLE: The Inventory Cycle Counter – First Shiftwill be responsible for conducting daily cycle counts and analyzing the results as directed by Cycle Count Program and Materials Manager. In this role, the individual will also Conducts thorough analysis of inventory errors and prepares written reports with findings and proposes solutions. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Conducts daily cycle counts assigned by cycle count program and Materials Manager. Updates count sheet with results of cycle counts.
- Conducts analysis of inventory errors and documents issues complete with thorough, reasoned analysis and corrective actions.
- Reviews results and reports with management team.
- Put up incoming stock as needed during cycle counts and to maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area.
- Performs receiving activities and transactions as required using ERP-LX.
- Confirm that all materials that were consumed in the appropriate Work Order process are accurately reflected on the work order and accounted for.
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 6 months of production and inventory control experience.

In this role, the working environment is that of average shop conditions with temperature variations due to the seasons. The physical demands may include but not limited toconstant walking, crouching, standing, stooping, sitting, leaning, reaching, stretching, stepping up on step stools, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and/or kneeling to count products.
