Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (7) seven years collaborating with Global IT teams delivering IT Projects in a private, public, government or military environment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of fourteen (14) years collaborating with Global IT teams delivering IT private, public, government or military environment
Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining an overall IT strategic program roadmap and integrated delivery plan
  • Orchestrating an IT program operating cadence across Functional and Cross-Functional teams
  • Driving reporting, escalations, and issue resolution from the ground level up through senior IT leadership
  • Working collaboratively across Applications, Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams to deliver projects in alignment with program roadmap
  • Defining and developing strategic and scalable program management practices
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Program and Portfolio Management organization
  • Willingness to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with a corporate separation, divestiture, or related M&A activity
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment
  • Professional Program Management and/or Project Management certifications
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to motivate others to embrace change
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry
