The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As an IT Program and Portfolio Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing and maintaining an overall IT strategic program roadmap and integrated delivery plan
• Orchestrating an IT program operating cadence across Functional and Cross-Functional teams
• Driving reporting, escalations, and issue resolution from the ground level up through senior IT leadership
• Working collaboratively across Applications, Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams to deliver projects in alignment with program roadmap
• Defining and developing strategic and scalable program management practices
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Program and Portfolio Management organization
• Willingness to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (7) seven years collaborating with Global IT teams delivering IT Projects in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of fourteen (14) years collaborating with Global IT teams delivering IT private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with a corporate separation, divestiture, or related M&A activity
• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment
• Professional Program Management and/or Project Management certifications
• Experience using Atlassian Jira
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to motivate others to embrace change
• Experience in the Healthcare industry

Work location:  

• Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic and/or international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
