Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of logistics experience in a government or defense-related environment.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and other relevant policies.
  • Proficiency in logistics databases, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics activities in support of government contracts, programs, or agencies.
  • Develop and maintain logistics documentation such as logistics support plans, acquisition logistics documentation, supply support plans, and maintenance planning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, policies, and procedures, including Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and General Services Administration requirements.
  • Analyze and forecast supply needs, manage inventories, and coordinate procurement and distribution of materials.
  • Utilize logistics management information systems such as GCSS-Army, DLMS, FLIS, FEDLOG, PIEE/WAWF, or agency-specific systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, finance, and project management.
  • Track and report on key logistics performance indicators and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide lifecycle logistics support, including provisioning, spare parts analysis, and obsolescence management.
  • Support audits, inspections, and data calls related to logistics operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Department of Defense logistics systems or programs.
  • Prior military logistics experience, such as MOS 92A, 88N, 92Y, or equivalent.
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain, such as DAWIA Level I/II/III in Life Cycle Logistics, APICS, PMP, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Manager roles.
