  • Deep Track Capital bought 6.77 million shares in Q1 2026, validating the pipeline.
  • June 30, 2026 cash reached $502.3 million, funding operations into Q4 2027.

  • Lonigutamab impairment and strategic review signal damaged asset value after the ACELYRIN merger.
  • Single-asset dependence on envudeucitinib makes a Q4 2026 NDA failure existential.

What makes Alumis unique

  • Envudeucitinib combines TYK2 inhibition with late-stage psoriasis and lupus programs in 2026.
  • Alumis pairs oral immunology assets with CNS-penetrant A-005 for Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis.
  • The 2025 ACELYRIN merger created a broader immune-mediated diseases platform under one management team.
