Stitch Fix offers a personalized online styling service that provides curated fashion selections to clients, primarily targeting busy professionals and fashion enthusiasts. Clients begin by completing a style profile that includes their size, style preferences, and budget. Using this information, Stitch Fix's stylists, aided by algorithms, select clothing items and accessories tailored to each individual. These items are shipped directly to clients, who can try them on at home and only pay for what they choose to keep. The company operates on a subscription model, charging a styling fee for each shipment, which can be credited towards purchases. Stitch Fix differentiates itself from competitors by combining personalized styling with the convenience of online shopping and is focused on expanding its services, including direct buy options and international reach. The goal of Stitch Fix is to simplify the shopping experience and make fashion accessible to a wider audience.
