The Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in his day-to-day activities, across a range of admin and operational tasks. You will play a critical role in being a force multiplier for the CEO by proactively identifying optimizations across the organization, and allowing him to focus on driving the company’s strategic initiatives.

Some examples of work you may be responsible for:

• Calendar management & scheduling

• Sending emails, meeting agendas, and follow up notes

• Attending internal meetings to track action items, and following up with relevant individuals to ensure followups are completed

• Admin tasks, including: expenses, coordinating logistics for offsites, booking travel + conference tickets

• Preparing content ahead of sales meetings, including decks, notes, and agendas

• Organizing and coordinating weekly internal meetings

• Researching and comparing various vendors for software tools or procurement

• Proactively identify areas of improvement for existing processes and independently work to optimize them

• Prioritizing and resolving conflicting needs with little to no guidance

Requirements

Overall, we’re looking for individuals with high-ownership, autonomy, and willingness to learn.

Preferred requirements are flexible, but are loosely:

• 2+ years experience as an executive assistant, or in a similar field with transferrable skills (HR, People, Ops)

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in modern software (G-suite, Microsoft Office Suite), and ability to quickly learn other relevant modern software tools (Notion, Linear, HubSpot, Docusign, Ashby, etc)

• Ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

• Desire to learn new things.
