We are looking for an upbeat and proactive Deskside Consultant for our Denver branch to work for one of our clients supporting end users ranging from entry level employees to C-level executives! You will respond to queries related to the supported software, hardware and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
A Day in the Life:
- Assist all customers with questions about supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Install applications and computer peripherals
- Active Directory administration, including unlocking and resetting New Technology and Active Directory user accounts, and SCCM imaging
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction to all clients
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Supporting a Microsoft environment in a service desk or deskside support role
- Experience with:
- o Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- o Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / O365
- o Remote support
- o PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix
- o Active Directory
- o Mobile support
