Requirements
  • Extensive experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling within complex enterprise environments.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience in data profiling, quality assurance, and data transformation.
  • Deep understanding of data lineage, extract, transform, and load processes, and end-to-end data flows.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and architecture.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that meet business data, process, and technology requirements across multiple platforms.
  • Analyse and document business requirements and translate them into data models aligned with organisational goals.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and glossaries defining data elements and their usage.
  • Analyse and monitor data usage patterns to identify opportunities for data optimisation and improvement in partnership with the database administrator.
  • Define strategic architecture and support product selection.
  • Produce logical designs for relevant technical, data, and operational subject areas, including processes, objects, data flows, inputs, stored data, outputs, and common components.
  • Implement architectures and identify, own, and resolve design-related issues.
  • Define and document data architecture standards, principles, and strategies.
  • Define and deliver enterprise data models and architecture standards that enable high-quality, scalable data solutions supporting business outcomes and strategic decision-making.
  • Advise key stakeholders, functional leadership teams, and senior management on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls related to the team's work.
  • Create solutions by analysing and selecting among complex alternatives, defining problems, and developing solutions through interpretative thinking.
  • Incorporate extensive research outcomes into problem-solving processes.
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder partnerships to accomplish business objectives through influencing and negotiating.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of medallion architecture, data governance, and metadata management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Skills relevant to risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology leadership.

OneMain Holdings issues $600M senior notes at 7.125% due 2034

OneMain Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of OneMain Holdings, has entered into an underwriting agreement to issue $600 million of 7.125% senior notes due 2034. The transaction is being underwritten by Barclays Capital and BMO Capital Markets. The offering is expected to close on 20 August 2026, subject to customary conditions. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential debt repurchases or repayment. OneMain Holdings operates in the consumer finance industry, providing personal loans and financial services to non-prime consumers. The underwriters and their affiliates maintain existing investment banking and financing relationships with OneMain, including participation in previous asset-backed note offerings and lending arrangements.

Vitol secures $4.5B revolving credit facility at tight 75bp pricing

Vitol has signed a $4.5 billion revolving credit facility with a nine-month tenor. The deal, finalised on 16 March, priced at 75 basis points all-in with a margin of 40-50 basis points. Standard Chartered served as mandated lead arranger and bookrunner for the transaction. Santander and Barclays were among the participating lenders on the facility.

DailyPay secures $260M debt financing to expand early wage access services

DailyPay, a New York City-based early wage access provider, has secured $260 million in debt financing. The funding comprises a $160 million revolving credit facility from Barclays and Angelo Gordon, plus a $100 million term loan from SVB Capital and Neuberger Berman. The company plans to use the capital to expand its services domestically and internationally whilst pursuing innovation. DailyPay's clients include Hilton, Target, Kroger and Dollar Tree. The financing follows the appointment of Kevin Coop as chief executive officer five months ago. DailyPay previously raised $300 million in a revolving credit facility from Barclays last March and secured $500 million in equity and credit capital in 2021. The company operates in a crowded market with approximately 30 competitors, including Payactiv, EarnIn and Flexwage Solutions.
