Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in Medicaid systems and HCBS waivers preferred? Actually already included in requirements; but there is not explicit 'preferred' beyond Master’s. The text says Minimum Qualifications includes Master’s degree preferred; Experience using Sugar is preferred. We should place those as Desirable: "Master’s degree preferred." and "Experience using referral tracking systems, experience using Sugar is preferred." is a requirement item? It says Experience using referral tracking systems, experience using Sugar is preferred. So Sugar preferred is Desirable, but
  • We'll split: desiring: Master’s degree; Experience using Sugar is preferred; Pre-employment screening? Not desirable.
