Requirements
High school diploma required or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge with Pitney Bowes Postage Meters, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
Administrative or clerical experience a plus.
Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card and required VA network access, which includes a government background check, is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Screening and processing physical and electronic inbound mail, along with ensuring the correspondence is efficiently and accurately associated with the correct client files.
Supporting the firm’s paperless initiative.
Accurately process outgoing electronic correspondence and physical mail, to include performing quality control procedures ensuring correct enclosures and recipients.
