Requirements
  • Experience in a reservations environment or customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Competent knowledge of OPERA Cloud Property Management System, or similar PMS.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Australian working rights; sponsorship cannot be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all reservation enquiries promptly, maximizing revenue through effective upselling and adherence to rate structures.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all internal and external guests, including accurate call handling and system input.
  • Maintain and manage reservation channels, including telephone calls, general hotel inbox, and group reservations email.
  • Ensure all guest information and bookings are accurately recorded and maintained within the Property Management System and reservation systems.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the property, rate structures, Accor Loyalty Programme, and available products to optimise occupancy and guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, including relaying guest requests, sharing relevant information, and identifying sales leads.
  • Participate in briefings, training, and internal communications to remain informed and compliant with brand and operational standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Upselling experience or ability to upsell is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Accor Loyalty Programme and Accor partner benefits is desirable.
  • Experience with Accor Reservation channels or similar hotel chain systems is desirable.
