Requirements
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating depth in product and user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., design thinking, agile development)
  • Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Experience in mobile design, with specific expertise in creating user-centered design solutions, creative strategy and/or design systems for externally facing products/platforms
  • Proven experience with iterative design and development process
  • Strong understanding of website accessibility requirements
  • Experience designing for global audiences
  • Exceptional project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in addition to planning, prioritization, delegation, and tracking project progress
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and modern designs
  • Oversee the entire UI/UX design process, including user research, information architecture, prototyping, testing, and iteration
  • Contribute to product roadmaps to ensure design enhancements are aligned with clear vision
  • Collaborate with product managers, channel marketers and sales, and other key stakeholders to contribute to product roadmaps, understand user needs, and translate business objectives into compelling design solutions
  • Design with a global perspective, allowing for regional and local customization
  • Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of design projects while meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets without compromising quality
  • Develop, implement, and advocate for user-centered UI/UX design principles and best practices to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all product touchpoints
  • Execute designs from concept to delivery including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Gather and interpret user feedback and analytics through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, translating them into actionable design improvements
  • Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and user experience
  • Build consensus across diverse teams through user-centric solutions and effective communication
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by analyzing user data and A/B testing results to refine and optimize designs
