Requirements
  • Degree-level candidate with 6 to 18 months of quota carrying sales experience selling SaaS or PaaS solutions, alternatively you are the No1 ranked SDR on your team and looking for the next step in your career
  • High levels of grit and tenacity combined with strong empathy and curiosity
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
  • Ability to craft highly compelling emails leveraging AI e.g. ChatGPT
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing and managing skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience selling open source/SaaS
  • Experience of Command of the Message / MEDDICC Experience of Outreach, Lavender, SalesLoft, Lusha, SalesForce
  • Experience in data technologies or other modern data platforms
  • Experience selling enterprise management solutions (Systems Management, Cloud Management, log analytics, APM, Network Monitoring)
  • Experience in IoT / Big Data / Data Science / Machine Learning
  • £40k to £55k basic (plus 50% OTE) depending on experience
Responsibilities
  • Following up on 20+ new inbound leads every day
  • Running 3 to 5 discovery meetings by Zoom each day
  • Building a sustainable pipeline and manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead to close
  • Understanding the competitive landscape, & positioning InfluxData to win
  • Building strong relationships and establish trust, both internally and with prospects/customers
  • Building pipeline beyond inbound leads through various methods, including creative outbound emails and cold calls
  • Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota
