Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in email and/or web design, development, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for both email and web (understanding email-specific limitations and web responsiveness).
  • Experience with major ESPs and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong proofreading and content review skills; exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with QA and rendering tools (Litmus, Email on Acid, cross-browser testing platforms).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, accessibility, and responsive layouts.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS email templates that render consistently across devices and major clients.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate creative briefs and assets into polished, production-ready campaigns.
  • Implement email best practices for accessibility, deliverability, and engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve a modular email template system for efficiency and consistency.
  • Design and code responsive, conversion-focused landing pages using HTML, CSS, and content management/marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure copy, imagery, and layout are compelling and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Test and troubleshoot landing pages for cross-browser/device compatibility and accessibility.
  • Optimize landing pages for lead generation, user experience, and SEO.
  • Proofread and edit copy for clarity, grammar, tone, and brand consistency across both emails and landing pages.
  • Act as a QA checkpoint—catching formatting issues, broken links, rendering inconsistencies, and usability problems.
  • Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Set up and manage email and landing page campaigns within the ESP/marketing automation platform.
  • Apply personalization, A/B testing, and dynamic content strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor analytics, provide insights, and recommend optimizations for both email and landing pages.
  • Stay current with design, coding, and digital marketing trends.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with personalization/dynamic content scripting (e.g., AMPscript, Handlebars, Liquid).
  • Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Comfort with campaign analytics and performance reporting.
