Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in building and establishing a sales department
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in healthcare space
  • A capable hunter, build relationships from scratch and turn them into new clients
  • Extensive experience selling technology solutions where you were recognized as a top performer
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down
Responsibilities
  • Lead and ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the New Sales organization
  • Establish and manage strategic-level relationships with potential and existing enterprise customers
  • Monitor bookings pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with finance, product, and marketing on go to market strategy including messaging, pricing, and sales models to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales, operations, and account management functions
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure observed market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
  • Monitor pipeline forecasting, analyze opportunities, provide competitive insights, strategies, and tactics
  • Refine BDR engagement strategies and sales development
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
