Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in building and establishing a sales department
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in healthcare space
- A capable hunter, build relationships from scratch and turn them into new clients
- Extensive experience selling technology solutions where you were recognized as a top performer
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down
Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the New Sales organization
- Establish and manage strategic-level relationships with potential and existing enterprise customers
- Monitor bookings pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
- Collaborate with finance, product, and marketing on go to market strategy including messaging, pricing, and sales models to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales, operations, and account management functions
- Stay well-connected with customers to ensure observed market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
- Monitor pipeline forecasting, analyze opportunities, provide competitive insights, strategies, and tactics
- Refine BDR engagement strategies and sales development
