ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Creative Studio is growing and we are looking for a thoughtful Art Director to lead all things design across our growing portfolio of 45+ brands.
The Art Director will play a crucial role in defining and executing the visual and creative direction of a select number of brands in our portfolio across a variety of channels. This is a hands-on design role and candidates should be comfortable working across all things digital E-comm, new product launch campaigns, paid social, CRM, promo, and direct mail.
A successful candidate will be able to lead their projects and brands through great design, strategic thinking, partnership with x-functional stakeholders, all while being laser focused on driving revenue and contribution dollars for their brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead Art Direction and design for your brands across all channels (Promo, Campaign, Social, Ads, CRM, Storefronts)
On set and remote photo and video art direction
Manage production designer for lower lift templatized design work.
Collaborate with designers, producers, and x-functional stakeholders. .
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
Concept best in class digital ads
Create new creative workflows, document, templatize, and onboard your peers so team can work in a consistent way.
Conduct competitive research and stay up to date with trends, styles, aesthetics for your brands and categories.

Experienced in dealing with ambiguity. Self starter who can work without a project manager. Equal parts designer and creative operations abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner will collaborate with x-functional partners.
Strong Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Proficient in Adobe creative suite and Figma
Experiences in using project management tools like Clickup, Asana, and Monday.
Ability to manage and execute on multi-touch/channel projects
