Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Define and track the metrics and leading indicators of GTM business performance
  • Manage and improve GTM systems and tools in partnership with our system admin
  • Implement and roll-out a CPQ tool to reduce friction and increase sales velocity
  • Lead the operations of the revenue org including sales forecasting and pipeline management procedures
  • Stand up a deal desk function
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partnerships, business development, finance, and other functions to execute on company goals
  • Use business judgment to drive focus on the highest priority areas for the revenue org, balancing near-term tactics with longer term investments
