The Role: As a Technical Implementation Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert for everything customer facing on the Viz.ai platform and work closely with various customer teams (Networking, PACS, Clinical Engineering, Security, Server, and IT to name a few) to implement Viz.ai’s various products. 

You will:

• Confidently and clearly communicate about technical concepts with customer and internal teams that will represent technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design and develop tooling, automation, processes, and technologies for customer-facing infrastructure 
• Provide technical guidance for customers implementing Viz solutions
• Deploy AWS Environments for new customers leveraging automation and on premises Virtual Machines within a customer’s hypervisor
• Be responsible for organizing and maintaining documentation associated with certain activities to accommodate regulatory and internal policies
• Deliver project based milestones on time and with quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experience in Linux system administration
• Minimum 3 year experience with Bash and Git
• Minimum 1 year experience of implementing software solutions
• Minimum 3 years experience managing networks and practical knowledge of the OSI 7 Layer model
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, GSuite, JIRA and Confluence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
• Experience with Hypervisors (vSphere, Type 1 and Type 2)

• You will have taken ownership of implementing, building and improving automation for customer infrastructure.
• You will have familiarized yourself with the Viz Platform and are able to competently speak to customers regarding it.
• You will have built close working relationships with the Implementation and Support teams.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Salary Range:  $92,500 - $120,000
