- Gain valuable experience in the rapidly developing field of talent branding and recruitment marketing
- Get hands on experience with the largest and most commonly used employer branding and recruitment marketing tools (such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, The Muse, Indeed, JobStreet, SEEK, Xing, and more)
- Work with a global team to develop high visibility content
- Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop new messaging that resonates with candidates
- Ability to analyze data to determine trends
- Ability to meet individual and team deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communications
- High attention to detail with the ability to edit copy for grammar
- Excellent time management and organization skills

- Current senior in an undergraduate or graduate program or recent college graduate
- Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Talent Brand Marketing Manager for day-to-day planning and execution of employer branding efforts to support hiring initiatives
- Use your creative side to develop compelling recruitment advertisements for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and various other recruitment platforms
- Use your analytical side to review performance data in order to adjust plans and strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Use programmatic advertising tools to optimize the reach and performance of job postings
- Partner with the Talent Brand Graphic Designer to create entirely new web pages for the KnowBe4 Careers microsite
- Update various recruitment platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor with new content including photos, awards, perks, job openings, etc
- Help manage the organization's online reputation as an employer of choice
- Work with global colleagues to find unique ways to spread awareness of KnowBe4's global offices across each country we hire in
- Create diversity and inclusion focused content to attract diverse talent groups
- Research various international awards and/or recognition events related to human resource-related and/or corporate culture and strategically select the best awards to submit nominations for with the goal of increasing talent brand awareness
- Assist in taking photos at company events to be used in digital marketing campaigns
- Come up with creative ways to showcase our unique, fun culture online
- Learn to use tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager to create targeted advertisements for candidates
- Learn how to utilize programmatic advertising to optimize the performance of job postings
- Learn how to execute a multi-channel employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy
- Learn how to use various tools related to recruitment marketing
- Learn the development process for creating new web pages for hiring
