  • 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers or larger organizations

Responsibilities
  • Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of NexHealth’s platform
  • Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent; mentor emerging leaders; and foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation
  • Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring clear alignment between product goals and technical execution
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains; champion best practices in code quality, testing, reliability, and security
  • Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes to promote high performance and strong engineering culture
