Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Two to three years of relevant experience are required.
Responsibilities
  • Enhance and manage the support structure for more than 20 McCourt student organizations.
  • Work across the student organization life cycle from inception through potential dissolution.
  • Provide leadership development opportunities for student organization leaders.
  • Support the Director of Student Engagement in creating programming and managing the Office of Student Engagement.
  • Assist the McCourt team with community-wide events and programming, including commencement exercises and information sessions for prospective students.
  • Advise all McCourt School student organizations and student leaders, including program and event content development.
  • Coordinate the development, policies, and approval processes for new student organizations.
  • Advise, oversee, and manage finances and budgets for all McCourt School student organizations.
  • Support the Director of Student Engagement and other McCourt faculty and staff with co-curricular activities, including student onboarding and commencement ceremonies.
  • Supervise graduate assistant(s).
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Previous experience working in higher education is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale and concurrent events is preferred.
