Who You’ll Work With:
Cross Channel Marketing Team and Purposes Statement:
Develop and execute marketing programs and collateral to support AB’s focus products as well as US Retail product launches/firm approvals to help drive US Retail sales and FA engagement
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
In partnership with the VP/Director, Cross Channel Marketing for the US Retail channel, you will conceptualize, develop, and build marketing programs focused on driving brand awareness and engagement from targeted prospects and clients. Campaigns will be developed to align with business growth objectives.
Working across channels (email marketing, social media, web, webcasts, etc.), you will develop and execute marketing communications with measurable and actionable KPIs. Additionally, you will set marketing engagement metrics and track progress on a monthly basis.
Project manage content and creative development from beginning to end including providing clear project tracking and timelines to key constituents.
Collaborate with business development teams, strategic relationship group and vehicle strategists to determine messaging and key activation methods.
Work closely with in-house design and digital marketing teams and well as external agencies to build and deliver marketing programs.
Act as an integrated marketing representative back to the Americas Marketing, keeping the rest of the team informed of project results, strategy focus, and competitor strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have:
5-8 years general marketing experience (financial services experience a plus)
Familiarity with B:B/B:B:C marketing ecosystems and sales enablement and how to engage with this audience. Desire to build expertise in investments, economics, and capital markets, if not already held.
History of executing successful marketing programs and communications
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends alongside demonstrable experience marketing in a digital world
Excellent project management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrating superb project management skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong ability to collaborate and open to other viewpoints
Ability to synthesize data and qualitative information to arrive at a compelling conclusion/tell a story
Agility and innovation when faced with complexity and/or adversity. Ability to be resourceful, think out of the box and move things forward with a high degree of urgency
