Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, or SaaS company
  • ~2+ years working at a top management consulting firm or strategy and operations at a SaaS company in Ops, FP&A, or Strategy (SaaS)
  • Superior financial modeling and presentation skills including excellent command of Excel and a high degree of confidence in handling and analyzing large data sets
  • Ability to Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a project, from strategy to operationalization to execution to results within deadlines with little supervision {{read Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills}}
  • History of building repeatable processes, dealing with ambiguity, etc. (Consulting background a plus)
  • Salesforce proficiency (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, especially to executives
  • BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field
Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Impact
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders across the company to provide strategic and operational support to identify opportunities, lead projects, accelerate efforts, unblock issues and foster cross-business collaboration
  • Support key leaders in developing and refining their strategies, including standing up processes or supporting them in defining opportunities to accelerate or augment their department objectives
  • Ability to dive deep into the business to identify new opportunities, improve business efficiency and/or processes, and as needed, fill in the gaps in all parts of the business when there are no direct owners
  • Partner closely with our finance and RevOps leaders to ensure integration and alignment of insights that will empower everyone in the GTM organization to drive towards desired business outcomes
  • Operation Focus
  • Define and execute on driving Evisort's “operational rhythm of business” (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, MBR's, etc.) or related activities to track and provide transparency across all key corporate objectives
  • Provide regular insights into the performance of our GTM Engine which includes defining business requirements and KPIs to track performance and success to inform business decisions and prioritization cross-functionally. Moreover, you will be responsible for establishing processes, standards, and key metrics for centralized operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving operations and lead efforts to implement change, as needed. Create and maintain reports, project plans, and metrics to support and inform Evisort's executive and senior leadership
