Responsibilities
  • The International Tax Manager will complete Form 5471 and 8858, Form 1118, Form 8992-Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), Form 8991 - Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT) and Form 8993 - Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII)
  • The International Tax Manager will assist with international tax aspects of D&B's quarterly and annual international income tax provision calculations including GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, FX gain/loss impact(986(c), 988 and 987) and maintain and keep track of PTEP and FTC attributes
  • Assist with ASC 740 OneSource tax provision
  • The International Tax Manager research complex international tax issues and support the development and implementation of new tax strategies and programs
