  • 2+ years of direct management experience or mentorship
  • Solid understanding of creative project process (e.g., development of digital and print materials, graphics, video, radio, and OOH.)
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with creative, production, strategy, client services, finance, and program management
  • Comfortable managing and tracking a large volume of projects at various stages with different project teams
  • Exhibits effective communication skills. Uses different communication channels (phone, email, chat) appropriately and is equally effective with each channel
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills with peers, supervisors, and clients. Is sensitive to style differences among others and adjusts own style when working with different people
  • Clearly demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment through flexibility, resilience, and a positive outlook

  • Agency experience required
  • Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools a plus
  • Knowledge of 508 Compliance to meet ADA Federal requirements a plus
  • Work with and on behalf of creative, in client team discussions with client services, program management, production, and functional leads to develop and manage creative project plans (scopes of work, budgets, timelines, staff plans) varying in size, scale, and complexity
  • Ability to manage a creative project plan with long- and short-term timelines, with an understanding for how to prioritize resources and tasks, how to facilitate feedback, and drive projects through delivery
  • Manages the financial health of the project plan and is proactive in identifying potential factors that may impact budget and scope
  • Clearly communicate creative project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, financial status and expectations to teams and clients on a regular basis
  • Contributes to the creative process by assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Consistently identifies and pursues opportunities for enhancing involvement and contributions to the account, team, and agency
  • Is fully familiar with client team's communications plans for accounts; understands and tracks clients' businesses
  • Contributes to the development of new business proposals and presentations for potential and existing clients
