Requirements

Responsibilities
  • The Account Coordinator processes complex client orders from entry to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness through data entry, due-date tracking, asset-workability assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • The Account Coordinator validates workflows to ensure processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company and client standards and requirements.
  • The Account Coordinator serves as a point of contact for Title or Project Leads, provides regular order-status updates, and escalates issues or concerns as needed.
  • The Account Coordinator sets up and coordinates projects in proprietary cloud-based platforms for fulfillment and localization services, including ONE, SNL, and Sfera, and sends work requests to production teams.
  • The Account Coordinator liaises with Production to ensure files are completed on time and follows up with clients regarding missing or erroneous assets such as scripts and proxies.
  • The Account Coordinator sets up POA for atypical projects involving other teams and ensures production teams and external freelance resources receive and comply with each project's client requirements.
  • The Account Coordinator collaborates with Production teams and territory affiliates regarding project status and requirements and obtains and circulates necessary information.
  • The Account Coordinator collaborates with Billing or Pre-Billing teams to ensure completed work is accurately documented and billed according to established structures and client agreements.
  • The Account Coordinator manages data in core internal systems such as Sfera and ONE, or in client systems, audits data for discrepancies and errors, and takes corrective action.
  • The Account Coordinator owns order and project execution for subtitling, mastering, dubbing, fulfillment, audio, graphics, and other workstreams required by client requests.
  • The Account Coordinator plans projects for change management and communicates changed project plans to downstream teams.
  • The Account Coordinator performs other assigned duties and projects.
