Responsibilities
  • Manage critical path process to lead project team through all technical and production aspects
  • Lead regular and ongoing engagement with the Office or Project Quality Leader
  • Lead integration and development of all technical aspects and content of the work
  • Establish and maintain realistic work and labor plans
  • Engage in and contribute to the Project Risk Assessment process
  • Guide and assist Project Architects in the development of Project Quality Plans
  • Review and lead the execution of the documentation strategy for each phase
  • Lead alignment of the contract documentation
  • Lead all aspects of the Construction Administration phase responsibilities
  • Monitor, train, and direct the work of all project team members
  • Assist Office Quality Leader with other project Quality reviews
  • Support office Quality efforts outside of direct project commitments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel as required
  • Professional business attire required when attending client meetings
