Requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge of enterprise software technology sales cycle management and contracting processes
  • Build relationships and manage Prospects through sales life-cycle utilizing Lean’s CRM system
  • Identify business opportunities through industry-level and account-specific research, qualification and discovery to establish customers’ needs and key drivers
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain New Business Sales Plan, identifying key prospects within the target market in which to sell new software solutions
  • Identify business opportunities through industry-level and account-specific research, qualification and discovery to establish customers’ needs and key drivers
  • Build relationships and manage Prospects through sales life-cycle utilizing Lean’s CRM system
  • Work with Account Managers and Client Delivery Teams to support upsell and expansion sales to existing customers
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that showcase product differentiators and meet the specific key drivers required to win the business and successfully close sales
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities and competitor products
  • Provide pricing and proposals as part of sales process, in line with company pricing guidelines and approval process
  • Attend industry trade shows and events where required to build relationships and develop opportunities
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM tracking tools that provides management with key information and KPI’s
  • Provide ideas and input into Marketing requirements and artifacts that support the sales process
  • Maintain competition information for the business
  • Work with the Lean executive team to manage expenses relating to sales.
