  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 9 years combined Aerospace Industry experience, demonstrating the ability to plan, estimate, organize, integrate, and lead technical activities OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 7 years combined Aerospace Industry experience, demonstrating the ability to plan, estimate, organize, integrate, and lead technical activities
  • Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) or PAR/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by business needs
Responsibilities
  • Support staffing and recruiting efforts
  • Participate in Independent Review Teams, Staffing Review Boards, Basis of Estimate reviews, and other various programmatic initiatives.
  • Support Sector Vehicle Engineering initiatives on behalf of the directorate.
  • Provide technical operations support to the Director and Department Managers
