Requirements
  • Experience using coaching video solutions such as Thunder, Focus, Vision, and/or MatchTracker is preferred.
  • One to two years of technical support experience is preferred.
  • An Associate degree in Computer Science, information technology, sports science, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Prior troubleshooting experience with PC- or Mac-based systems is required.
  • Experience with support ticketing platforms, including Salesforce and Zendesk, is preferred.
  • Ability to work extended hours and on weekends is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and see tasks through to completion is required.
  • Understanding of a range of sports, including the challenges athletes and coaches face, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support assistance to clients using Video platform solutions through phone, email, or live chat.
  • Coordinate the installation of client computer software products, modification and repair of hardware, and resolution of client technical problems.
  • Retain ownership of problems through resolution to ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
  • Escalate problems to the next level of support when appropriate.
  • Record details of incoming support requests in line with company procedures and ensure accurate information is obtained.
  • Create support content for the online help center.
  • Help validate new software features, including hands-on testing of the technology in the field.
  • Help validate and update support processes.
  • Collaborate with the global support team and engineering department.
  • Prioritize the incoming support queue.
  • Use remote software to access customer and internal hardware.
  • Independently manage and resolve complexity level 1 and 2 support tickets.
  • Handle incoming calls, live chats, and ticketing queues efficiently.
  • Assist and collaborate with team members and departments using Slack.
  • Provide urgent live support during peak periods, including high-volume sports match days and training windows.
  • Escalate complex bugs or critical software glitches to Level 3 support and the engineering team.
  • Resolve advanced complexity level 3 tickets.
  • Identify and fill knowledge gaps within the help center.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting across complex client environments with minimal supervision.
  • Lead the resolution of high-priority urgent technical issues to minimize client disruption.
  • Identify product and support process improvements.
