Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 6+ years of industry experience
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the CPU IP industry is required
  • Strong technical background in semiconductor technologies, CPU architectures, and system-level understanding
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous accounts
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events, as required (25%)
  • A track record of technical wins in a previous customer-facing role is strongly preferred
  • Expertise with RISC-V ISA is strongly preferred
  • Direct, first-hand experience with the Sales cycle and closing IP deals is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Proactively and independently own customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery to technical win
  • Drive evaluations, which may include technical deep-dive presentations, product demonstrations, PPA analysis, benchmarking, and other technical activities
  • Provide customers with guidance on Tenstorrent’s products, specifically focusing on how our products provide value
  • Clearly articulate the technical merits of Tenstorrent’s CPU IP products
  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Clearly understand customers’ requirements and develop comprehensive solutions
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to drive product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to effectively manage accounts and opportunities
