Requirements
  • 6-8 years related finance experience, at least 3 years supporting the GTM organization
  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service or B2B subscription model
  • Experience in sales finance methodology, analysis, and related processes
  • Experience in variable compensation plan design and execution
  • Experience planning and managing strategic and operational projects is also desired
  • Ability to identify and interpret trends in data and communicate findings
  • Strong financial modeling experience
  • Strong skill set in drawing data-supported conclusions and building action plans to remedy negative impacts and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong relationship building and influence skills
  • Solid understanding and use of accounting and finance principles
  • Solid understanding of all the Financial statements especially the Balance Sheet
  • Solid project management skills, ability to independently manage tasks on time
  • A change agent who is flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid paced environment
  • Proficient in Adaptive
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support the efforts to determine sales targets, staffing assumptions, expense budget, portfolio composition, and quota allocation in the Annual planning
  • Partner with the Revenue Operation team to prepare quarterly business reviews to drive accountability and provide consistently data driven insights and measurement
  • Proactive identification of issues, and ability to drive remediation and/or mitigation initiatives utilizing data, tools, and cross functional relationships/processes
  • Create structure/systems in the business where it is lacking, leverage your technology proficiencies to make improvements in the business, manage overall programs and tasks related to operationalizing the programs of your aligned business segment
  • Analyze trends related to organizational performance to direct the organization's resources and identify organizational needs. Make recommendations based on trends
  • Oversee Go-to-Market team commission calculations and partner with the Revenue
  • Operation team in commission plan design
  • Build strong relationships across the company in all departments to drive alignment toward company goals
  • Champion expense management and efficiency efforts across the function you support; drive expense management discussions across functional leadership; Serve as a financial challenger to the business
