Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management or sales leadership roles, preferably in the powersports, motorcycle, or OEM industries
  • Strong experience in B2C and B2B channel development, including direct-to-consumer and dealer/distributor networks
  • Deep understanding of OEM and dealership operations, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, developing partnerships, and managing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong strategic planning and business development acumen
  • Proficient with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Management, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales teams, setting clear KPIs, strategies, and performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive growth in both B2B (dealer/distributor) and DTC (direct-to-consumer) settings.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and performance goals.
  • Strengthen the company's U.S. dealer and service center network through targeted recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the national sales pipeline, from lead generation and pre-approvals to conversion and delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, track performance, and report on trends and forecasts.
  • Negotiate and close key dealer and distribution agreements, maintaining alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
  • Represent the company at national dealer meetings, trade shows, and key industry events.
  • Partner with the marketing team (as needed) to align sales promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
